Andrea Behrendt is stepping into the role of CFO at ZEAL Network from April 1, 2025. She will take over from Sebastian Bielski, who is leaving at his own request. The Supervisory Board has accepted his decision and confirmed Behrendt as his successor.
Andrea Behrendt, currently VP Group Controlling & Portfolio Management, will be responsible for finance, investor relations, and ESG topics at ZEAL. She has been with the company since 2012 and also serves as CFO of LOTTO24 AG. Prior to ZEAL, she held key finance positions at VTG and the Hofmeister Group.
Sebastian Bielski will step down as CFO on March 31, 2025. He was responsible for ZEAL’s finance strategy, including investor relations and ESG issues. His term included the squeeze-out of LOTTO24 AG in November 2024.
