EveryMatrix Q1 results are out, and the company is off to a fast start in 2025. The iGaming tech supplier saw strong revenue growth driven by existing clients and new product launches. With net revenue up 39% year-on-year, this sets the tone for what could be another big year.
Net revenue hit €54 million in Q1 2025, a 39% increase from the same period last year. EBITDA reached €28 million, up 27% YoY, with a 52% margin for the eighth straight quarter. Last twelve months’ EBITDA stood at €107 million, a 50% rise YoY.
Casino division posted its strongest quarter yet with €28.6 million in net revenue, up 44% YoY. Casino GGR reached €753 million, a 22% YoY rise, with LTM GGR at €2.9 billion. EBITDA came in at €16.8 million, up 29% YoY.
Sports turnover hit €1.7 billion in Q1, a 30% increase YoY. Sports GGR climbed 60% YoY to €154 million, supported by improved trading margins and new features. The company hosted nearly 600,000 live events in Q1, up 24% YoY.
GamMatrix revenue increased to €8.6 million, up 18% YoY, but EBITDA dropped 23% due to internal revenue reallocation. The platform continues to scale with focus on compliance and modular services. It supports both new and Tier-1 operators.
The company completed the first full migration from FSB Technologies with Bet600 in the UK. All FSB clients are expected to migrate to EveryMatrix by the end of the year. This move is aimed at creating cost synergies and improving platform integration.
EveryMatrix launched its new Horse Racing product, combining OddsMatrix development and FSB’s racing expertise. The solution offers global coverage with over 10,000 monthly events, full system bets, and a custom frontend. Live streaming and rich racecard content are also integrated.
SkyCity Entertainment Group signed on for a full casino turnkey platform. SkyCity, which operates five land-based casinos in NZ and Australia, will migrate to EveryMatrix in 2025. This is a major client win in the region.
Other Q1 highlights include live dealer product expansion, new odds models, and real-time Rakeback via LoyaltyEngine. The company signed 20 new PartnerMatrix clients and integrated 14 new casino vendors. SlotMatrix also expanded in the U.S. with Caesars and won a major deal with Norsk Tipping.
CEO Ebbe Groes said: “Q1 was a solid quarter, a great start, and the rest of the year looks just as promising.” He added that the sports division set a record with 600,000 live events this quarter, fueled by product expansion and feature updates.
