Fast Track is hosting a live workshop on 10 July to introduce its latest innovation: an AI player churn prediction model. The session promises a hands-on look at how operators can spot churn risks earlier and act smarter.
The new model uses machine learning to flag at-risk players within just 1–5 days of inactivity. It’s built into Fast Track’s CRM platform and works in real time. This means you get alerts before players go silent for good.
Powered by FTML, Fast Track’s proprietary engine, the system includes seven behaviour-tracking sub-models. These work together to adapt to each operator’s player base. The result is a churn prediction engine that goes beyond one-size-fits-all rules.
Workshop attendees will learn how to activate and use the model within their current CRM setup. The insights are already fully integrated—no need to log into a separate tool. That makes it easier to act fast when churn risk is detected.
The session includes a live Q&A with the Fast Track team to cover practical questions and specific use cases. It’s also a chance to see how machine learning can surface early warning signs human teams often miss.
“It’s about helping you take action before churn becomes a problem,” said Jeroen Bruyland, who supports operators with player engagement strategies at scale. He’ll join the workshop to explain how to use the model to boost retention without bonus overspend.
The workshop is ideal for CRM leads, retention managers, product owners, analysts and marketing teams. It’s aimed at anyone who wants to move away from last-minute win-back campaigns and toward smarter, earlier engagement.
