Gaming Realms just posted its full-year 2024 results — and they’re looking solid. The company saw notable growth in both revenue and adjusted EBITDA, mainly from its licensing business. Gaming Realms revenue growth came in at 22%, reflecting strong traction in both new and existing markets.

  • Revenue rose to £28.5 million in 2024, up from £23.4 million in 2023. The core driver was licensing, which brought in £24.5 million — a 23% increase year-on-year. Social publishing also grew 14% to £4.0 million.

  • Adjusted EBITDA increased by 30% to £13.1 million, with total EBITDA reaching £12.3 million. The licensing segment generated £14.2 million EBITDA, while social publishing contributed £1.2 million. Head office costs were up slightly to £3.2 million.

  • Profit before tax climbed 61% to £8.3 million, compared to £5.2 million the previous year. The company ended 2024 with £13.5 million in cash and no debt. A £6 million share buyback was announced, showing the board’s confidence in the business model.

  • 12 new Slingo games were released, expanding the portfolio. New titles included Slingo Press Your Luck and Slingo Fowl Play, created in collaboration with major TV and gaming brands. Unique players in the licensing business increased by 22%.

  • Gaming Realms secured full iGaming Supplier Licenses in West Virginia and British Columbia. It launched in West Virginia, marking its fifth regulated U.S. market. It also began distributing content from a second third-party slot studio, ReelPlay.

  • The company partnered with 44 new operators in 2024. In North America, it joined forces with FanDuel, Fanatics, and others. European expansions included deals with Danske Spil, Betclic, and Solverde.

  • In Q1 2025, content licensing revenue rose 22% year-on-year in the first two months. Gaming Realms launched in Brazil with four partners after the market regulated iGaming. New partners included BetMGM, Superbet, and PENN Entertainment.

  • Three new Slingo games have already launched in 2025, including Slingo Genie Gemstones and Slingo Honey Crew. The company now operates in 21 markets globally. North America accounted for 54% of content licensing revenue in 2024.
