Holly Gagnon is taking over as Bragg Board Chair, succeeding CEO Matevž Mazij, who stays on as CEO and board member. Gagnon was already Lead Independent Director since 2021. Her appointment strengthens the company’s focus on leadership and governance.
Gagnon brings more than 30 years of gaming industry experience to the position. Her career began with Foxwoods Resort and includes roles at Caesars, MGM Resorts, and Seneca Gaming. She currently leads HGC Hospitality Gaming Consulting and advises several industry groups.
