Nederlandse Loterij Lotify is now fully integrated after several years of cooperation and majority ownership. The operator sees the move as a way to expand its digital fundraising support for sports and charity groups.
Nederlandse Loterij has moved from majority owner to full owner of Lotify, a platform built for regulated fundraising lotteries and giveaways. Lotify provides a full workflow covering permits, technology setup, payment processing, draw management and participant communication. This setup allows Nederlandse Loterij Lotify to offer organisations a ready-to-use fundraising system without additional technical or legal resources.
Lotify’s tools are used by sports federations, clubs, event organisers and charities seeking compliant ways to raise money. The platform supports fixed-price ticketing, automated winner selection, secure payouts and transparent reporting. By bringing Lotify fully in-house, Nederlandse Loterij aims to streamline these services and align them with its own responsible-gaming framework.
Publicly available information indicates the earlier majority-stake acquisition fell within EUR 5 million to EUR 25 million, though no updated valuation was shared for the final transfer. The takeover completes the agreement made when Nederlandse Loterij first invested in Lotify in 2021. The operator said this integration allows the platform to scale across a wider network of beneficiaries.
Lotify’s founder Guy van Iperen said the handover follows the roadmap agreed at the start of the cooperation. He pointed to the four-year joint development effort behind Lotify’s digital fundraising model. He added that under Nederlandse Loterij Lotify, the platform can support more organisations searching for simplified digital income streams.
Nederlandse Loterij is the state-owned gambling operator in the Netherlands, running seven licensed products including Staatsloterij, Lotto, Eurojackpot and TOTO. It allocates its profits to Dutch sports, charities and the national government. With Lotify integrated, Nederlandse Loterij Lotify extends its offering for non-profits under a regulated framework.
