  • Aiste Garneviciene spent nearly 13 years as a founding team member and COO at BetGames. She led the company’s growth from the ground up, managing operations, sales, marketing, and compliance. Her work helped build a strong foundation in a competitive gaming market. Garneviciene also served as CEO of Betfamilia Malta Ltd between 2021 and 2023.

  • Nicholas Brown was Global Managing Editor at iGamingBusiness from 2023 to 2024. Before that, Brown spent over five years at Square in the Air, a PR agency in sports and gaming. He worked as a PR Account Director and later Senior Account Director.

  • Together, they created PRace to offer tailored strategies for every stage of growth. Their approach combines brand awareness, education, and performance marketing for B2B gambling companies. “We created what we wished existed,” the team explains.
