Catena Media reported Q2 2026 figures – see more details:
- Revenue reached EUR 9.5m for Q2 2026, down 1% year-on-year. Catena Media Q2 adjusted EBITDA fell 11% to EUR 1.2m.
- North American revenue increased 6% to EUR 9.2m and accounted for 97% of total revenue. New depositing customers rose 23% to 24,781. Profit after tax from continuing operations was EUR 0.06m.
- Casino revenue increased 8% to EUR 8.5m and represented 90% of group revenue. Casino NDCs rose 35% to 20,342. However, revenue was 22% lower than in Q1 amid continued volatility in organic search rankings.
- Sports revenue dropped 43% to EUR 1.0m, accounting for 10% of Catena Media Q2 revenue. The company pointed to operational issues at core sports brands and the seasonally slower sports calendar. Sports adjusted EBITDA was EUR 0.1m.
- CEO Manuel Stan said “traditional affiliation remains closely tied to the shifting dynamics of organic search.” Catena Media is developing a marketplace connecting publishers and advertisers across several verticals. Commercial launch is planned for the first half of 2027.
- First-half revenue increased 12% to EUR 21.8m, while adjusted EBITDA rose 70% to EUR 3.9m. Cash and cash equivalents stood at EUR 13.0m at the end of June 2026.
