The Rank Group has announced changes to its board ahead of its October AGM. Lucinda Charles-Jones will step down as Non-Executive Director after deciding not to seek re-election.

• Charles-Jones has served on Rank’s board since 2022 and chairs its Remuneration Committee. She has also been responsible for workforce engagement as a designated Non-Executive Director. Rank has started an independent search for her replacement. The Rank board change takes effect on 8 October 2026.
• Katie McAlister will become Interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee and take over workforce engagement duties from 8 October. She has been a Rank Non-Executive Director since April 2021 and also chairs its Compliance, Regulatory and Government Affairs Committee. The Rank board change also includes several committee appointments.
• Keith Laslop will join the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, while Chair John Ott joins two additional committees. Ott said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Lucinda for her invaluable contribution to the business over a number of years.”
