Hacksaw has appointed Ana Vrabic Verdir as permanent Group CEO with immediate effect. She has held the interim role since April 2026. The Hacksaw Group CEO has also been on the board since 2024.

• Verdir was selected after a recruitment process covering internal and external candidates. Chairman Patrick Svensk led the process. “The Board is unanimous that she is the right person to build on that work,” he said.
• The new Hacksaw Group CEO will remain on the board until the next annual general meeting. Hacksaw said its wider management structure remains unchanged. Operations continue from Malta and its respective markets.
• Hacksaw is a B2B iGaming supplier developing digital slots, scratch cards and instant-win games. It provides game development and distribution services to private and state-owned operators.
