  • GamCare’s Helpline and online services handled more than 114,000 contacts, resulting in over 11,400 referrals to treatment and support. A further 17,700 connections were made to other services. The figures cover services across Great Britain.
  • GamCare delivered more than 10,300 treatment sessions to 2,811 clients. People entering treatment received a full assessment within an average of 2.4 days. Nearly 97% of those completing treatment reported a positive change.
  • Education and outreach programmes reached around 17,100 people. More than 2,100 professionals were trained to recognise gambling-related harm. The GamCare annual report also showed average gambling-harm scores falling from 14.4 to 3.3 after treatment.
  • The year marked GamCare’s final period under the voluntary levy funding system, before statutory levy commissioning started in April 2026. GamCare secured funding under the new system in England and Scotland. CEO Victoria Corbishley said: “Behind every one of this year’s 114,000 contacts to the National Gambling Helpline and its online services, is a person who chose to ask for support.”
