European Entertainment Group (EEG) reported Q2 2026 – see more details:
- EEG is both a gambling operator and B2B supplier. ComeOn Group operates online casino and sportsbook brands, Yggdrasil and Highlight Games provide gaming content, and Game Lounge runs affiliate marketing. Its B2C footprint includes Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland and Ontario, with additional B2B markets.
- Revenue from gaming operations fell 6% to EUR 86.0m, accounting for 96% of total operating revenue. Across EEG’s gaming-related B2C and B2B activities, casino represented EUR 67.2m, or 78%, and sportsbook EUR 18.8m, or 22%. EEG reports gaming revenue after player winnings and deductions including bonuses, loyalty programmes and jackpot contributions.
- EEG’s B2C Online Gaming business under ComeOn Group generated EUR 68.6m, up 5%. This covers its online casino and sportsbook operations, with adjusted EBITDA rising 19% to EUR 17.8m. Active customers increased 9% to 384,945 across 18 brands in six European markets and Ontario.
- B2B Game Development revenue fell 14% to EUR 12.6m, while Online Marketing revenue dropped 57% to EUR 5.6m. Game Development includes Yggdrasil and Highlight Games, while Game Lounge handles affiliate marketing. Group adjusted EBITDA fell 17% to EUR 22.3m and EEG recorded a EUR 12.6m net loss.
