Polymarket has appointed Warren Jenson as Chief Financial Officer, reporting to founder and CEO Shayne Coplan. The appointment comes as Polymarket expands in the US and internationally.
- Jenson will lead Polymarket’s finance organization and capital strategy. His role also covers long-term financial planning. He joins as the company scales its operations.
- The new Polymarket CFO previously served as CFO at Amazon, Electronic Arts, Delta Air Lines and NBC. He was also President and CFO of Nielsen and President of LiveRamp. Jenson currently sits on the boards of DigitalOcean, Dropbox and Ripple.
- Polymarket is expanding its CFTC-regulated US exchange alongside its global platform. “I’m joining Shayne and the leadership team to put the capital strategy and operating discipline in place,” Jenson said.
