OpenBet has agreed to acquire sportsbook technology provider OmniLogic, subject to regulatory approvals. The OpenBet OmniLogic acquisition is expected to close later in 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is a supplier-to-supplier acquisition.
- OmniLogic provides sportsbook technology to regulated lottery operators and World Lottery Association members. Its technology supports retail, online and mobile betting. The company has worked in the lottery sector for more than a decade.
- The OpenBet OmniLogic acquisition will expand OpenBet’s lottery sportsbook operations. OmniLogic’s technology and Hungary-based specialist team will become part of OpenBet following completion. The deal remains subject to regulatory approval.
- OpenBet provides betting and gaming technology to operators and lotteries worldwide. Its products cover sportsbook platforms, trading, content and player protection services. “OmniLogic is a natural fit for OpenBet,” CEO Jordan Levin said in announcing the agreement.
