Pollard Banknote reported financials for Q3 2026 showing lower earnings. The company supplies lottery tickets, iLottery technology and gaming products.

  • Revenue and earnings: Revenue rose 2% to CAD 158.9m (ca. EUR 101m), from CAD 156.3m (ca. EUR 100m). Adjusted EBITDA fell 12% to CAD 28.3m (ca. EUR 18m). Net income declined to CAD 8.1m (ca. EUR 5.2m) from CAD 10.3m (ca. EUR 6.6m).
  • Lottery and gaming sales: Combined sales, including Pollard’s share of its NeoPollard Interactive (NPi) joint venture, increased 3% to CAD 193.7m (ca. EUR 123m). NPi is a 50/50 partnership with Aristocrat Interactive, providing iLottery services to US lotteries. Digital and retail solutions supported growth.
  • Margins and Michigan: Gross profit fell to CAD 24.3m (ca. EUR 15.5m), with the margin declining to 15.3%. The expiry of Michigan’s iLottery contract in July 2026 reduced adjusted EBITDA by CAD 2.1m (ca. EUR 1.3m). Although Pollard lost this separate contract, its NPi partnership with Aristocrat Interactive continues.
  • Digital contracts: Pollard launched its playON solution with the Oklahoma Lottery. The company was selected for a Kansas iLottery contract, subject to final award. Co-CEO John Pollard said: “Our contract wins and extensions over the past number of months validate our ongoing strategic investments.”
