Pinnacle is now live in Ontario with a new casino site powered by CasinoEngine North America. It’s the first time EveryMatrix has rolled out its CasinoEngine platform on this side of the Atlantic. The launch brings new tools and possibilities for player engagement, and it’s only phase one.

  • EveryMatrix has extended its deal with Pinnacle to launch the operator’s Ontario casino using the CasinoEngine North America platform. This marks the first time the platform has gone live in the region and takes their longstanding partnership into a new market. The Canadian debut is a major move in EveryMatrix’s North American expansion.

  • The two companies previously worked together on Pinnacle’s global casino offering, using the same CasinoEngine productivity suite. This existing collaboration made it easier to bring the solution to Ontario. The new setup will allow Pinnacle to operate with a familiar tech stack.

  • A second phase of the launch will see BonusEngine added to the platform. This tool includes multiple bonus types and the AI-powered Bonus Guardian for monitoring abuse. BonusEngine is part of the wider EngageSuite, designed to boost player retention.

  • Pinnacle Ontario will eventually gain access to more tools from EveryMatrix’s full engagement suite. These include audience segmentation features, campaign customization, and player rewards. The end goal is to give the brand more control over how it interacts with players.

  • EveryMatrix now holds licences in several North American states and provinces, including Ontario, Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The company serves more than 300 operators worldwide and continues to build out its presence in regulated markets. It also has over 1,400 employees across 15 countries.
