BGaming has ticked another box in its European expansion by landing a Swedish license from the country’s gambling regulator. The approval from Spelinspektionen means the studio can now offer its certified games to licensed operators across Sweden. For local players, this is the first time they’ll see BGaming’s titles, including Merge Up and Aztec Clusters, in their regulated market.
The Swedish Gambling Authority granted BGaming a B2B license under its official decision process. This gives the company the green light to supply its game portfolio to operators holding Swedish licences. The move follows BGaming’s wider push into regulated European markets.
BGaming’s games available in Sweden will include existing releases and new launches. Merge Up and Aztec Clusters are among the titles that will debut for Swedish players. The licence also ensures these games meet Sweden’s strict compliance and certification rules.
“Being granted entry into one of the industry’s toughest markets is a testament to our commitment to compliance,” a BGaming spokesperson said. The team looks forward to introducing its games to Swedish players. The approval is viewed internally as a milestone in their European growth journey.
