Kambi has moved to strengthen its U.S. expansion strategy through the Kambi OMEGA PAM acquisition. The company has bought the source code for OMEGA Systems’ player account management platform, creating an in-house solution to support entry into Nevada. The deal builds on Kambi’s recent state licence approval and gives it greater control over future sportsbook operations.

  • The acquisition provides Kambi with a complete player account management (PAM) system, covering registration, payments and casino aggregation tools. It’s designed to help Kambi operate independently in markets like Nevada, where third-party PAM access can be limited.

  • OMEGA’s platform was chosen after a competitive process, based on its compliance readiness and strong technical framework. Kambi will now submit the platform for licensing in Nevada, targeting product readiness by the end of the first half of 2026.

  • CEO Werner Becher said the deal ensures Kambi can “unlock commercial opportunities in Nevada and beyond,” while OMEGA CEO Jim Godsell added that it enables Kambi to “build on the OMEGA PAM architecture and enter new markets quickly.”
