High Roller Technologies has confirmed the appointment of Jake Francis as its new Chief Operating Officer, succeeding Emily Micallef, who transitions into an advisory role. The High Roller COO appointment strengthens the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its international online casino operations. CEO Seth Young thanked Micallef for her contribution and said Francis’ experience would immediately benefit the business.
Jake Francis joins High Roller with nearly 20 years of operational and regulatory experience in gaming. His previous roles include senior positions at BlueBet, Penn Entertainment, Hard Rock, and NYX Gaming Group, along with early work at the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Francis holds an MBA in Business Strategy from Temple University and a BS in Marketing from Lehigh University. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing analytical precision and process discipline to his new role at High Roller.
