EveryMatrix will enter 2026 with a new joint leadership structure. The company has appointed Jonas Groes as co-CEO, working alongside Co-Founder Ebbe Groes. The shift supports the supplier’s broader expansion plans, with the EveryMatrix co-CEO setup designed to manage its growing global operations.

  • Jonas Groes will step into the EveryMatrix co-CEO role on 1 January 2026 after years of advising the company. He joins from EY’s Nordic Consulting practice, where he led strategy and digitalisation projects across government and infrastructure clients. Jonas will be based in Copenhagen, with EveryMatrix recently expanding its presence there.

  • Ebbe Groes said the leadership addition reflects the company’s rapid scale-up, including tripling its workforce over five years. He noted the need for support as EveryMatrix works with more major gaming brands and lotteries worldwide. “To share a CEO position requires complete trust… Jonas is the perfect candidate,” Ebbe said.

  • Jonas Groes highlighted the opportunity to work alongside his brother and help guide the next phase of growth. He said the company’s progress under Ebbe and the wider team “is nothing short of phenomenal” and that their combined strengths will support future plans. The company continues to deliver modular iGaming technology to more than 300 customers across global regulated markets.
