The group has confirmed a major corporate update with a new name and structure. The Super Technologies rebrand reflects a move toward a technology-focused operating model. The change positions the business as a broader platform provider alongside its existing betting and gaming activity.
The group will now operate under the name Super Technologies, with the simplified brand name Super used at group level. The rebrand follows a period of expansion beyond pure operator activities. Management said the focus is now on building scalable technology for multiple markets.
Existing commercial brands will continue to operate in Brazil, Romania, Poland, Belgium and Serbia. Customers, partners and affiliates will continue to access the same products and services as before. The Super Technologies rebrand does not change local brand operations.
Chairman Hans-Holger Albrecht said the move reflects a broader strategic shift for the business. He said: “Super represents the natural step from a leading global sports betting and gaming operator to a company that is building the technology platform that will champion the future of play.” The company sees technology as the core driver of future growth.
Founder and chief executive Sacha Dragic highlighted the role of the group’s internal technology stack. He said the platform is designed to support faster launches and wider product development. The Super Technologies rebrand aligns the corporate identity with this approach.
Deputy CEO Albert Simsensohn said the group is focused on building tools that support player participation and engagement. The strategy includes combining product solutions with original content. Super Technologies plans to use this model to support long-term growth across sports, gaming and fan engagement.
