Matias Montero has joined EveryMatrix as managing director for Latin America. The move supports EveryMatrix Latin America plans to expand its regional footprint and build local capabilities. Montero will be responsible for commercial growth and operations across the continent.

• Montero brings almost 20 years of industry experience, including more than five years at Vibra Gaming as chief operating and chief revenue officer. At Vibra, he helped grow the company’s LatAm presence, expand proprietary games development and launch a solutions unit for local operators. His background spans sales, product development and regional market expansion.

• Based in Buenos Aires, Montero will report to group commercial director Daniel Clark and focus on establishing a regional hub. Clark said: “We’re delighted Matias has joined our global commercial team as we grow our presence in Latin America with local expertise across a multitude of disciplines.” The appointment aligns with plans to scale the supplier’s turnkey platform offering in selected markets.

• Commenting on his new role, Montero said demand from local and international operators is increasing as regulation evolves. “I’m thrilled to join the company and timing could not be better,” he said, pointing to the need for scalable technology and richer player experiences. He added that EveryMatrix Latin America will focus on supporting operators facing operational and regulatory challenges.
