FDJ UNITED has reshuffled its top management team. The FDJ UNITED executive changes see new leadership for its Paris and online division. The move also confirms a new group secretary and the exit of a senior executive.
Pascal Chaffard has been appointed Deputy CEO in charge of the Paris and online business unit, alongside group strategy and operational transformation. He previously served as Deputy CEO for finance, strategy and performance. In his new remit, he will oversee strategic direction and execution across the group’s regulated markets.
Chaffard replaces Nils Andén, who led the Paris and online unit and managed the integration of Kindred since October 2024. FDJ UNITED said Andén is leaving the business to pursue new projects. The company added that the recruitment process for a new chief financial officer is currently under way.
Celia Verot has been appointed Group Secretary, Chief Legal Officer and Head of Regulation, effective 1 January. She joined the company in 2024 as Director of Regulation and now takes on wider legal and governance responsibilities. The FDJ UNITED executive changes formalise the group’s updated leadership structure as it continues to operate lottery, retail betting and online gaming activities across regulated markets.
