CIRSA has reported full-year 2025 results showing revenue and profit growth across the group. CIRSA online gaming growth stood out as a main driver within the portfolio. The figures mark the company’s first annual report as a listed business.
- Group net operating revenue rose to EUR 2.339bn in 2025, up from EUR 2.150bn in 2024. EBITDA increased to EUR 746.6m from EUR 699.3m with net profit climbing to EUR 117.6m (FY 2024: EUR 44.3m).
- The online gaming and betting division generated EUR 528.9m in net operating revenue in 2025, up from EUR 420.4m in the previous year. As a result, CIRSA online gaming revenue accounted for around 23% of total group net operating revenue, compared to roughly 19.5% in FY 2024.
- EBITDA from the online division rose to EUR 104.1m in 2025, up from EUR 85.3m in 2024. The improvement represented a substantial portion of the group’s overall EBITDA increase of EUR 47.2m. CIRSA online gaming revenue therefore played a clear role in lifting consolidated profitability.
- Executive chairman Joaquim Agut said: “Today we report our 2025 results for the first time as a listed company, and we do so with the satisfaction of having once again fulfilled our commitments.” CIRSA online gaming growth remains central to the group’s expansion strategy in regulated markets.
