LALIGA North America has agreed a new multi-year deal with Polymarket in the US and Canada – see more details:
- The LALIGA Polymarket deal makes it the first time a European football league has partnered with a prediction market platform in North America. It forms part of LALIGA’s broader strategy to grow engagement in North America.
- The partnership includes broadcast integration, digital content, and fan experiences such as VIP hospitality and virtual meet-and-greets. Polymarket will also gain rights to use LALIGA and club IP around matches. The focus is on offering fans new ways to interact with games, players and season outcomes.
- Both parties will collaborate on a framework aimed at responsible participation and integrity. This will build on Polymarket’s platform developed with Palantir Technologies and TWG AI. The deal adds to Polymarket’s existing partnerships with leagues including MLB, NHL, UFC and MLS.
