Raketech proposes board changes ahead of 2026 AGM

Raketech board changes include new Chair proposal and reduced remuneration ahead of May 2026 AGM in Malta.

Raketech is preparing for changes at board level ahead of its 2026 AGM in Malta. The proposed Raketech board changes include a new Chair and adjustments to board structure. Several current members will not stand for re-election as the company reshapes its leadership.

  • Raketech confirmed that Kathryn Moore Baker, Marina Andersson and Patrick Jonker will not seek re-election at the upcoming AGM. Their departures open up multiple seats on the Board. The changes come as part of a broader refresh of governance structures.
  • The Nomination Committee has proposed Peter Ekmark and Måns Svalborn as new Board members, with Ekmark also set to become Chair. Ekmark has held senior roles at PlayStar, Internet Vikings and Kindred Group. The Raketech board changes will be voted on at the AGM on 20 May 2026.
  • The Committee also proposed reducing Board remuneration to half of current levels. This move is linked to cost efficiency and alignment with the company’s current size. Following the AGM, the Board is expected to consist of five members.
