The BETBY Stories feature uses a swipeable format already familiar from social media apps. It is designed to make bonuses, odds boosts and event content easier to access without disrupting the user experience.
- The feature allows operators to display short, interactive content cards directly within the sportsbook. These cards can highlight promotions, tournaments, major sporting events and boosted odds. BETBY said the format is intended to improve visibility while keeping the interface simple.
- Built around a social media-style Stories format, users can swipe through content in a familiar way. This approach lowers the barrier to engagement and encourages quicker interaction with promotional material. The BETBY Stories feature is integrated into the front end without requiring major platform changes.
- BETBY said the format can support promotional visibility by prompting users to explore multiple offers. Aglaja Geta, Head of UX & Analytics at BETBY, said: “Stories is about meeting users where they already are, in terms of how they consume content.” The company added that the BETBY Stories feature may be particularly suited to younger audiences used to this style of interaction.
