MozzartBet has gone live with Fast Track CRM across several regulated markets. The rollout covers brands in the Balkans, Romania and Africa. The operator said the move is part of its wider player engagement strategy.
- MozzartBet now uses Fast Track CRM across operations in Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Romania, Malta, Kenya and Nigeria. The platform gives the operator one real-time customer model across its brands. It also supports campaign management across multiple regulated markets.
- The rollout includes Fast Track AI and its natural-language features. MozzartBet’s CRM teams can interact with the platform conversationally and automate certain CRM tasks through AI agents. COO Nemanja Savkovic said the team was already running campaigns “in ways we could not before”.
- Fast Track said the partnership supports MozzartBet’s expansion across Europe and Africa. CEO Simon Lidzén said the two companies shared a similar vision for future growth. Fast Track currently serves operators in several global markets through its SaaS CRM platform.
