Kevin Hall is returning to lead the Virginia Lottery. The appointment brings an experienced Virginia Lottery executive director back to the organisation as it oversees lottery, casino and sports betting activities across the state.
- Kevin Hall has been appointed Executive Director of the Virginia Lottery by Governor Abigail Spanberger. He previously led the agency from 2018 to 2022 and now returns to oversee its next phase of growth.
