Meridianbet has chosen Fast Track as its customer engagement platform as it continues expanding across regulated markets. The rollout will cover operations in Europe, Africa and South America. The Meridianbet Fast Track partnership is designed to provide a unified approach to CRM and player engagement.

  • Meridianbet, a subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group (NASDAQ: GMGI), has selected Fast Track as its customer engagement platform. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Malta, the operator is active in 18 jurisdictions. The deal supports its ongoing player engagement strategy.
  • Fast Track will provide a single real-time customer model across Meridianbet’s brands and markets. The platform also includes Fast Track AI with natural-language and workflow automation capabilities. These tools are designed to support CRM operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Boris Čorni, Director of Tech at Meridianbet, said the company needed a platform suited to a multi-market and multi-channel business. He noted that Fast Track understands the challenges of operating across different regulatory environments. “We are excited about what this partnership will let us build for our players,” he said.
  • Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track, said Meridianbet has built an operation spanning 18 regulated jurisdictions. He described it as the type of environment Fast Track was designed to support. Fast Track currently works with more than 200 operators and over 500 brands worldwide.
