Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing how technology companies work and grow. Optimove has announced organisational changes as it prepares for that shift. The latest Optimove layoffs affect around 10% of employees.

• Optimove founder and CEO Pini Yakuel said companies need to do more than add AI features to products. He believes businesses must also rethink how they work and make decisions. That is the approach Optimove is now taking.
• As part of the change, the company has reduced its workforce by about 10%. Yakuel called the decision difficult but necessary. He said the business remains financially healthy and continues to grow.
• Optimove is a CRM and marketing technology supplier with a strong presence in online gambling. Its platform helps operators manage player retention, loyalty programmes and personalised campaigns. Many sportsbooks and casinos use its tools to improve customer engagement.
• Following the layoffs, Optimove plans to invest further in AI tools and employee training. Yakuel thanked departing staff, saying: “You helped shape this company.” He added that Optimove will support those affected during the transition.
