Allwyn reported Q2 2026 results – see more details:

  • Total revenue reached EUR 2.38bn, up 6% from EUR 2.24bn a year earlier. Gaming revenue, or GGR, also increased 6% to EUR 2.29bn.
  • Adjusted EBITDA increased 29% to EUR 458m. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 36.8%, compared with 36.3% in Q2 2025.
  • Allwyn Q2 2026 adjusted profit after tax increased 35% to EUR 239m. Adjusted profit attributable to Allwyn shareholders nearly doubled to EUR 188m. CEO Robert Chvatal said: “Group Net Revenue increasing by 27% year-on-year, to €1.2 billion.”
  • For 2026, Allwyn continues to expect net revenue growth in the mid-to-high 20% range. The group also expects an adjusted EBITDA margin of around 37%, while the board declared an interim distribution of EUR 0.20 per share
  • Allwyn is mainly active in lotteries, while its business also includes online casino, sports betting and prediction markets through PrizePicks (since 01/2026). Its main operations cover the UK, Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece and Cyprus, Italy and the US. The group operates both retail and online gambling products across these markets.
