Aristocrat has announced two big leadership shifts. The company confirmed changes at Aristocrat Interactive and in its corporate affairs and marketing division. These Aristocrat leadership changes come as the business prepares for its next phase of growth.
Moti Malul, CEO of Aristocrat Interactive, will leave in March 2026 after completing his notice period and contractual obligations. He joined through the NeoGames acquisition and was key in shaping the new Interactive division over the last 18 months. Aristocrat thanked him for bringing together teams and laying down the strategy for future growth.
Dylan Slaney has been named as the new CEO of Aristocrat Interactive. His start date is set for 3 November 2025, pending regulatory approvals. Slaney previously led Light & Wonder’s iGaming arm and also held senior roles at NYX, SG Digital, and dunnhumby.
Slaney brings more than a decade of experience in the iGaming sector. He is known for focusing on customer experience and operational efficiency. He holds a first-class degree in Business Studies from the University of Derby.
In corporate affairs, Natalie Toohey is stepping down after seven years as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. She will continue to support during the transition through a consulting role. Aristocrat credited her with building its global investor relations and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Barry French is taking over as Chief Corporate Affairs & Marketing Officer. French has over 35 years of experience, including senior roles at Inmarsat and Nokia. He has worked across the US, UK, and Finland, leading teams in regulated and consumer-facing industries.
Both Slaney and French will report directly to Aristocrat Group CEO and Managing Director, Trevor Croker. Slaney will be based in London, while French will work from Las Vegas. Croker said the appointments “will help Aristocrat accelerate delivery of our strategy” and praised both leaders’ collaborative and customer-first approaches.
