Banijay Gaming has named Antoine Jouteau as its new Banijay Gaming CEO, with the appointment taking effect on 1 September 2026. He joins as the company enters a new stage following its combination with Tipico Group and the planned acquisition of JOA. The enlarged group now operates Betclic, Tipico and Admiral across six regulated European markets and serves nearly 6.5 million active players each year.
- Jouteau will be responsible for the group’s long-term strategy and future growth. His role includes expanding the business in existing regulated markets, increasing market share and identifying acquisition opportunities. Nicolas Béraud will continue as Non-Executive Chairman, while Joachim Baca remains Vice-Chairman.
- Jouteau brings more than 20 years of experience in digital and technology businesses. Jouteau previously held senior roles at PagesJaunes before joining Leboncoin in 2009, becoming CEO in 2015. He later led Adevinta, the owner of brands including Mobile.de, Leboncoin and Kleinanzeigen, before returning to Leboncoin in 2024.
- Banijay Gaming said Jouteau’s experience in digital platforms, data and artificial intelligence will support the next phase of the business. His appointment combines technology expertise with the industry knowledge already within Betclic, Tipico and Admiral.
