bet-at-home.com AG plans to expand its online casino business into additional European countries under the new Casinoro brand. The Casinoro online casino will be operated by Malta-based subsidiary bet-at-home.com Europe Ltd. The launch is planned in the short term.
- Casinoro will operate separately from the existing bet-at-home brand. It will have its own website and will not be integrated into bet-at-home’s current offering. Players will therefore need to register separately with bet-at-home.com Europe Ltd.
- The Casinoro online casino will operate under a Maltese licence. The company plans to offer the brand in European countries where it currently considers this permissible under local regulations. bet-at-home did not name the individual markets in its announcement.
- Germany and Austria are treated differently. In Germany, bet-at-home will continue its existing online casino business under its national licence rather than launch Casinoro. Austria is excluded from the Casinoro rollout for regulatory reasons until further notice.
- The expansion is part of bet-at-home’s plan to reduce its dependence on sports betting. The company had already outlined this objective in its 2025 annual report. Casinoro gives the group a separate vehicle for expanding its casino activities outside Germany.
- The company expects Casinoro to go live in the short term. The launch does not change bet-at-home’s published revenue and earnings guidance for the current financial year.
