Betano is heading back into FIFA territory. The betting brand is now officially a partner for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ in South America. The move builds on its earlier tie-up with FIFA during the World Cup in Qatar, making it another major step in Betano’s global football play—and a big moment for the FIFA Club World Cup.
This year’s FIFA Club World Cup runs from 14 June to 13 July in the U.S. It features 32 top clubs from around the world, including winners of major continental competitions and high-ranking teams from the past four seasons. The final will take place at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
Betano comes on board as the official partner for South America. The partnership follows their successful collaboration during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. That deal made Betano the first betting operator to work with FIFA at that level.
Kaizen Gaming co-founder and CEO George Daskalakis said the new deal is a proud moment for the brand. “It is a privilege to work closely with FIFA for a tournament that brings together millions of fans,” he said. He also called the 2025 event “particularly special,” being the first edition in this expanded format.
FIFA’s Chief Business Officer Romy Gai welcomed Betano back on board. He pointed to the shared focus on fan engagement, saying the partnership “delivered huge successes” in 2022. “We are thrilled to be collaborating once again with Kaizen Gaming and its Betano brand,” Gai added.
All six FIFA confederations will be represented in the tournament. Clubs qualified by either winning continental titles or by consistent top-level performances across recent years. With the format echoing the World Cup, FIFA aims to boost the global appeal of the FIFA Club World Cup.
