BETBY has brought in Gonzalo Navarro as senior business development manager as it continues to build its presence in Latin America. The hire is part of the company’s wider BETBY LATAM expansion plans. Navarro joins the sportsbook supplier with experience in the region’s iGaming and technology sectors.

• Navarro previously held commercial roles at Vibra Gaming and Control F5. During that time, he worked on B2B sales and partnership development across several Latin American markets. BETBY said his regional experience and industry contacts will support the ongoing BETBY LATAM expansion strategy.

• In the new role, Navarro will focus on building relationships with operators and identifying new commercial opportunities. He will also work with BETBY’s commercial team as the supplier looks to expand its presence in Latin America. The company said the appointment will help strengthen partnerships across the region.

• Speaking about the move, Navarro said: “I’m thrilled to be joining BETBY at such an exciting stage of its growth.” Chief commercial officer Chris Nikolopoulos said Navarro’s understanding of the market and experience in business development will support BETBY’s continued BETBY LATAM expansion.
