Bragg Gaming Group has reshaped its executive team as it sharpens its North American focus. The move follows strong content growth in 2025 and sits at the centre of its Bragg AI transformation. Management says the priority is scaling content and embedding AI across the business.

  • Bragg has named Morten Tonnesen as chief operating officer and promoted Garrick Morris to EVP of global content, US and Canada. The changes follow January’s cost measures and support the expanding content strategy. Global content revenue rose 76% in Q4 2025 and 69% for FY2025, reflecting progress in the Bragg AI transformation.

  • Tonnesen will oversee operations and lead the AI roadmap. Bragg aims to be AI-first by 2027, with AI in over 90% of new products and more than 75% of workflows. CEO Matevž Mazij said the tech stack is now generating cash rather than absorbing investment.

  • Morris will drive content growth in the US and Canada and support entry into historical racing and prediction markets. Bragg operates in more than 30 regulated markets with its content, RGS and PAM technology. The company expects the Bragg AI transformation to support EBITDA growth.
