Bragg Gaming Group has announced a new step in its move towards an AI-first operating model. The company has partnered with data science specialist Golden Whale Productions. The Bragg Golden Whale AI initiative is positioned as a key part of Bragg’s technology roadmap.

  • The partnership will integrate Golden Whale’s machine learning models into Bragg’s player account management platform. These models will sit within a new predictive intelligence layer focused on automated decisions and player targeting. Bragg plans to make the tools available to all platform customers through proof-of-concept deployments.

  • Bragg said the Bragg Golden Whale AI setup will improve forecasting accuracy and churn detection. Models will estimate player value over 30-day, 90-day and one-year periods, while identifying churn risk at short-term intervals. The data will be accessible to marketing and operations teams in real time.

  • Luka Pataky, EVP of AI and innovation at Bragg, said: “This partnership serves as a foundational step in the development of what we call the Bragg AI Brain.” Golden Whale’s technology has delivered campaign uplifts of 6% to 20% and reduced bonus costs by around 20%, results Bragg plans to test across its regulated markets.
