Casinos Austria is sharpening its digital strategy. CEO Erwin van Lambaart and CFO Martin Skopek have had their contracts extended until 2027. At the same time, Andreas Bierwirth joins the board as Chief Transformation Officer to push digital growth.

• Bierwirth will take charge of digital development, process management, and international casino operations from 1 October. His role highlights the group’s commitment to digital expansion as a core priority.

• The group has already launched new online initiatives, including a live casino offering. These projects show a clear direction towards modernising its gaming portfolio.

• Van Lambaart will focus on domestic operations and the crucial licence renewals in 2026. Skopek continues to lead finance, lotteries, IT, and online business.

• Supervisory chair Wolfgang Hesoun said the board now has a “strong trio” to face future challenges, with digital transformation central to the agenda.
