Change at the top of bet-at-home.com. bet-at-home.com board member Marco Falchetto will leave the company as planned at the end of the month. A long-time group insider is stepping up on June 1, 2025.
The current sole board member, Marco Falchetto, is stepping down from his position on May 31, 2025. The decision follows the terms of his contract and was officially announced by the company. Falchetto will leave the bet-at-home.com board at the end of the month.
The supervisory board has appointed Claus Retschitzegger as the new board member. His appointment was announced on May 21, 2025. He will assume the role immediately after Falchetto’s departure.
Retschitzegger has been with the group since 2007. Most recently, he served as Director of Legal, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications. He now brings this long-standing experience to his new position on the board.
The company announced the change in accordance with Article 17 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. This regulation requires listed companies to disclose insider information. The bet-at-home.com board has been updated accordingly.
“I look forward to the new challenge during an exciting phase for the company,” Retschitzegger said in an internal statement. The aim is to ensure continuity on the bet-at-home.com board. No further structural changes have been announced.
