Codere Online Q2 2026 brought growth across its main markets and improved profitability, also as a result of high activity during the FIFA World Cup – see more details:

  • Net gaming revenue (NGR) increased 27% year-on-year to a record EUR 69.4 million, while total revenue rose 25% to EUR 64.4 million. Adjusted EBITDA climbed to EUR 5.8 million, more than double last year’s result.
  • Spain remained the largest European market, with revenue up 25% to EUR 27.6 million. In Mexico, revenue reached EUR 31.8 million, while net gaming revenue grew 24% to EUR 36.1 million. Codere Online Q2 2026 also saw strong growth in the company’s other markets.
  • Average monthly active players increased 12% to 173,000. The FIFA World Cup helped drive activity, with unique users up 56% versus the 2022 tournament and stakes reaching EUR 63 million.
  • Codere Online ended June 2026 with EUR 62.6 million in cash and no financial debt. It raised its 2026 guidance to EUR 255-265 million in net gaming revenue and EUR 20-25 million in adjusted EBITDA. CEO Aviv Sher said: “Q2 showed even further acceleration and delivered our strongest quarterly performance to date.”
