Danske Spil has created a brand-new director role to drive innovation and growth. Jeppe Juul-Andersen will lead the new area, with a focus on strengthening Danske Spil business development. He steps into the role from September 2025 after previously supporting the operator as an external consultant.

  • Jeppe Juul-Andersen takes on the role of Chief Business Development and Innovation Officer, becoming part of Danske Spil’s group management team. He is tasked with building a new director area dedicated to business development and innovation, helping to future-proof the company in a competitive market.

  • CEO Nikolas Lyhne-Knudsen said Juul-Andersen’s leadership will be central to ensuring Danske Spil stays strong as consumption patterns and customer expectations shift. He highlighted the appointment as vital for maintaining the company’s role in generating community funding through responsible gaming products.

  • Juul-Andersen aims to build a strong team to deliver new opportunities and partnerships both in Denmark and internationally. He stressed that the work ahead will be challenging but also rewarding, as the operator adapts to changing demands.

  • The new director brings more than a decade of commercial and management experience from his time at Nets. At Nets, he most recently served as Country General Manager for Denmark, focusing on digital infrastructure, customer trends, and partnerships.

  • Earlier in his career, he worked in central administration as head of department at the Danish Economic Agency and later as deputy director general at the State Administration. This background adds public sector and regulatory insight to his new role at Danske Spil.
