DigiPlus has named Ping Chen as its new president as the Philippine gaming and digital entertainment group reshapes its leadership team. The appointment takes effect immediately following the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting.

• DigiPlus has appointed Ping Chen as president and a member of its board of directors, succeeding Andy Tsui following the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting. 
• Chen brings more than 22 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and technology, having previously held roles at Moelis & Company, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi and Morgan Stanley.
• The Philippine gaming operator said Chen will help drive long-term growth, improve operational efficiency and support the expansion of its digital entertainment business, which includes BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone.
