DraftKings is counting down to its Missouri sports betting launch as the operator goes live statewide on 1 December. The entry comes under a direct mobile licence that removes the need for casino or team affiliation. The Missouri sports betting launch also builds on existing partnerships with the Chiefs and Blues.

  • DraftKings will make Missouri the 29th US state where it offers mobile wagering, following approval of its temporary direct mobile licence earlier this year. Eligible customers will access same-game parlays, in-game betting and odds boosts, along with responsible gaming tools such as My Stat Sheet and My Budget Builder. “We look forward to elevating the experience for Missouri sports fans, responsibly,” said Chief Revenue Officer Greg Karamitis.

  • The operator will open the market with a ceremonial first bet event at The Palladium in St. Louis on launch day. Former Missouri sports stars Tony Gonzalez, Isaac Bruce and Brett Hull will place symbolic first wagers, joined by remarks from House Speaker Jonathan Patterson. The event underscores the brand’s strategy of anchoring new market launches with local sports figures.

  • DraftKings will support the Veterans Community Project with a $50,000 donation tied to the launch. The contribution backs the nonprofit’s Tiny Homes initiative, which provides transitional housing and essential services to Veterans across the state. The Missouri sports betting launch also includes expanded access to helplines such as 1-800-GAMBLER for local players.
