EveryMatrix has introduced EngageSuite, its new solution to support cross-vertical gamification. The platform is designed to increase loyalty and retention through a single, flexible system. It combines different engagement tools into one back-end for operators and a personalised experience for players.

  • EngageSuite offers bonuses, levels, loyalty currency, tournaments, Challenges, mini-games, and jackpots in a unified system. These tools can be used together or separately based on operator strategy. The goal is to enable long-term player engagement across casino, sports, and other verticals.

  • Operators benefit from a centralised back-office for full control of all gamification components. This simplifies integration with CRMs, marketing tools, and automation systems. Real-time personalisation and churn prevention are supported through AI.

  • The platform’s front-end supports custom widgets, allowing full brand alignment. Brands can tailor player journeys with spendable rewards, milestones, and gamified challenges. This creates a seamless cross-vertical gamification experience.

  • Early performance metrics show solid engagement results. Challenges increased game rounds by 15%, while Unique Active Players across included games rose by 20%. JackpotEngine contributed to a 5.4% increase in average bet amounts.

  • Session metrics also improved, with session length up 3.8% and rounds per session up 8.9%. These figures are drawn from live client environments since launch.

  • LoyaltyEngine, part of EngageSuite, was introduced in September 2024. It is already used by 16 brands and adoption is expanding. Operators are actively using it to design long-term loyalty paths.
