Exalogic has expanded its work with Fast Track in Italy. The integration is complete and several Italian operators are already live.

• Exalogic operators can use Fast Track to automate parts of their CRM work while keeping processes in line with Italian requirements. The system can apply set policies, record decisions and flag unusual activity. Operator teams can also assign CRM tasks through Fast Track’s conversational interface.
• “Working with Fast Track lets our teams run agentic workflows without compromising on compliance or the specifics of the local market,” said Exalogic CEO Domenico Maggi. Exalogic provides platform technology, integrations and operational infrastructure to more than 20 licensed brands in Italy. The Exalogic Fast Track rollout is already live with several of these operators.
• Fast Track provides CRM technology to gaming companies and has offices in Malta, Sweden, Spain and the US. The company also provides local-language support for customers in Italy.
