Fast Track has launched a new Tournaments feature within its Rewards platform, expanding its AI-based gamification tools. The update is aimed at helping operators increase retention through competitive mechanics. Fast Track Tournaments are fully integrated into the company’s CRM environment.

  • The Tournaments feature allows players to compete for prizes via real-time leaderboards, a format known to increase time on site and repeat play. Operators can use tournaments as recurring engagement tools rather than short-term campaigns. Prize structures support unlimited leaderboard positions, with flexible opt-in options.

  • Fast Track Tournaments connect directly to the Singularity Model, enabling competitions to be matched to player behaviour. High-risk players can be placed into multiplier-based formats, while volume-focused players compete on turnover. This approach helps ensure each competition feels relevant to different player types.

  • For multi-brand operators, tournaments can be rolled out from a single setup across brands and languages using the Player Origins layer. Simon Lidzén, CEO of Fast Track, said: “Tournaments in Rewards solves that, but the real value is in relevance.” Fast Track will showcase the feature live at ICE Barcelona from 19 to 21 January at Stand 2H70A.
