Fast Track is preparing to launch something it believes will reshape how operators handle customer engagement. The company is rolling out its new iGaming CRM AI platform on 2 September at the annual Fast Track House event in Malta. The launch will also be streamed online from 4 PM CEST for a global industry audience.
Fast Track has been working towards this milestone for more than a decade, introducing tools like the Singularity Model and its AI-ready Rewards gamification system. Each step has been aimed at building a fully digitalised, self-learning engagement platform for iGaming.
The new iGaming CRM AI is trained on over ten years of sector data and designed to help CRM teams act faster. It can process terabytes of live player data, run technical analysis, and then push direct actions across the platform without manual intervention.
According to the company, the system doesn’t just provide insights but takes action in real time. That means operators can expect automated adjustments to campaigns, rewards, or player communications based on behaviour as it happens.
Simon Lidzén, CEO and Co-Founder of Fast Track, said: “This isn’t just AI added to CRM. This is CRM re-engineered for the natural language era.” His message highlighted the difference between bolting AI onto legacy systems and building a platform designed for it from scratch.
The unveiling will take place at the Fast Track House in Malta, with a live broadcast beginning at 4:00 PM CEST on 2 September. Registration is already open through the company’s event platform.
Fast Track has positioned itself as a CRM technology leader in iGaming, with offices in Malta, Sweden, Spain, and the United States. The company says this new platform marks its boldest step yet toward reshaping player engagement.
