FIRST.bet has appointed Ian Bradley as co-CEO alongside founder Tom Light. The FIRST.bet co-CEO partnership reunites two former SBTech executives as the company targets further B2B growth. The business is expanding across Latin America, Europe and other regulated markets.

  • Ian Bradley joins from DraftKings, where he served as Senior Vice President with responsibility for consumer sportsbook revenue. He brings more than 20 years of experience from Sporting Index, Sporting Solutions and SBTech. Bradley now joins FIRST.bet as co-owner and co-CEO.
  • Bradley and Tom Light previously worked together at SBTech and will now share responsibility for strategy and business development. Their focus includes product, technology and trading as the company expands internationally. Light said: “Asking Ian to run the business with me as co-CEO is the clearest statement of intent we could make.”
